This event will include community resources, succulent workshop, children's activities, sweet treats available for purchase from the Bulldog Cafe, and more. Minding Your Mind at 12:00 pm: Hear from a young adult who will share his compelling story of how he made a plan to end his life, and ultimately what it took to find wellness today. He is living proof that it does get better and he wants others to know it is okay to not be okay, and there is always Hope.
