Cinco de Mayo Celebration

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with LULAC Council 377 on Friday, May 3. Our local LULAC council will host a community potluck with piñatas and a salsa contest (the dip not the dance). LULAC will also be providing basic education on SF 2340, the anti-immigrant bill that will be in place in July 1st. “Know Your Rights” information will also be distributed by the Ottumwa Human Rights Commission.
