National Cancer Awareness Event

The purpose of this event is to make the community aware of all the things the YMCA offers for cancer survivors, and those currently in cancer treatment at no charge. We offer yoga classes, nutrition counseling/coaching, fitness consultations, personal training, pool/swim classes, adaptive fitness class made for all levels of fitness and so much more. This event will have activities like pop up yoga classes, drawings for door prizes which will include 3 free personal training sessions, 3 free nutrition coaching sessions, 1 week free of day or guess passes to try us out, and a free 6-month membership. This event has been fully funded by the Legacy Foundation Robert McCune Endowment in partnership with the Ottumwa Family YMCA. Come on down to the YMCA for free informative event with refreshments and prizes!!! See you at the YMCA June 14th from 11a-1p
