Agency Civil War Monument

The 18-foot Civil War Monument in the old part of Agency Cemetery was dedicated on May 30, 1914, by the (Gen. E.F.) Winslow Post 107 of the Grand Army of the Republic (G.A.R.) Its granite pillar has the names of area soldiers who served in the Mexican-American War and the Civil War, including a tribute to soldiers "unknown buried in the South".
